Chopard Imperiale

ABOUT COLLECTION

Imperiale is a jewellery line from Chopard. The collection appeared in the 1990s and was redesigned in 2010. It is recognisable by three details: lugs shaped like classical columns, dagger-shaped hands and a cabochon on the crown. The centre of the dial is decorated with guilloché or an embossed arabesque pattern reminiscent of antique embroidery, with Roman numerals around the edge.

Most models are for women. Cases are made of 18-carat rose and yellow gold, stainless steel, or two-tone steel and rose gold. All have diamond-set bezels. Dial colours include white or silver, mother-of-pearl, red and green. The Chopard Quartz calibre is designed for slim jewellery cases. The Imperiale Automatic Joaillerie in rose gold uses the in-house automatic Chopard 01.01-C calibre, developed and assembled at Fleurier Ebauches, beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour and visible through the transparent caseback.

Imperiale is chosen by size, metal and attachment — leather strap or bracelet. Each product page lists the reference, calibre, case size, water resistance, clasp material, condition and what is included.
