Jacob & Co was founded in New York in 1986 by jeweller Jacob Arabo and became known for bold diamond jewellery before turning to high complications. Its watches are made in Geneva and combine unusual mechanical architecture with gem-setting and striking materials.
The Astronomia, with its multi-axis tourbillon and rotating globe at the centre of the dial, is the signature line, often produced in artistic and gem-set editions. Other pieces include the Casino Tourbillon with a working roulette wheel, the Oil Pump, the Bugatti collaborations and the skeletonised Epic X sports watch in titanium and carbon.
