ABOUT BRANDOmega was founded in 1848 by Louis Brandt in La Chaux-de-Fonds and is now based in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland. The brand is known for its long association with timekeeping at the Olympic Games, for the Speedmaster chronograph worn on the Moon during the Apollo missions, and for the Co-Axial escapement and Master Chronometer certification of its movements.
The main collections are the Speedmaster, including the Moonwatch and anniversary editions; the Seamaster family, with the Diver 300M, Planet Ocean and Aqua Terra; the Constellation; and the De Ville dress watches. Limited editions and Museum Collection pieces also appear regularly.
