- Authenticity: All watches and brand-name jewelry we sell are guaranteed 100% authentic.
- Original Packaging: Whenever available, your item will arrive in its original packaging, complete with serial numbers and/or certificates of authenticity.
- Condition: The condition of every item — brand new, unworn or pre-owned — is stated in its description. Pre-owned pieces are inspected by our specialists before sale, and any signs of wear are described and shown in the photos.
- Serial Numbers: Most high-end watches and jewelry have a unique serial number for identification. We ensure each item we sell carries this original manufacturer's serial number, intact and unaltered. In rare cases, a piece might lack a serial number due to the manufacturer's design limitations.

WatchLab offers global shipping with trusted carriers (exclusions apply).
- Free UAE Shipping: Get your order within 2–3 business days.
- International Shipping: FedEx delivery in 7–10 business days.
- Full Insurance: All items are insured against loss, theft, and damage during transit. For high-value items, secure armored carriers might be used (additional charges apply).
- Personal Delivery (UAE only): For maximum security, we offer personal delivery by a staff member (additional charges apply).
- Alternate Shipping Address: For credit card purchases, billing and shipping addresses must usually match. To ship to a different address, contact your credit card company to add an "Alternate Shipping Address."
- International Taxes & Duties: You might be responsible for import duties, taxes, and other charges applied by your country's customs office. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
