ABOUT COLLECTIONColt is a Breitling collection developed in the 1980s for the armed forces. This explains its features: an extremely robust case, a very wide bezel with prominent rider tabs, and a dial with luminescent indices and an additional military-time scale for legibility even in poor light. The collection included mechanical and quartz watches, both three-hand models and chronographs. Production of the Breitling Colt ended in 2020, and the brand suggests the Avenger collection as its successor.
The models covered here are the mechanical Colt Automatic and Colt Automatic II in stainless steel cases, with a Mariner Blue or a black dial.
