Blancpain Fifty Fathoms

ABOUT COLLECTION

Blancpain Fifty Fathoms is the diving line of the Swiss watch manufacture Blancpain. The collection appeared in 1953 and is regarded as the forerunner of the modern dive watch: the very first models already had a unidirectional rotating bezel with a dive scale.

The collection includes the manufacture's own watches as well as the Scuba Fifty Fathoms, made jointly with Swatch. The classic Fifty Fathoms Automatique is a sporty diver in a large case. Bathyscaphe is a series with its own bezel and dial design. The Fifty Fathoms Tourbillon 8 Jours is a haute horlogerie model with a flying tourbillon.

Models can be compared by case size and material, strap and functions.
