The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Alinghi Team Chronograph (ref. 26062OR.OO.A002CA.01) is a sports watch with a 44 mm octagonal case in carbon composite and rose gold. It has a black dial under sapphire crystal.
It is powered by the self-winding mechanical calibre AP 2326/2848 with a power reserve of up to 40 hours. Functions: Chronograph. Water-resistant to 100 m. The watch is fitted with an integrated rubber strap with a folding clasp in 18k rose gold.
Automatic caliber AP 2326/2848 is built on an in-house base movement with an integrated regatta chronograph module. It counts down the time to the start of a race, and the balance beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour.

Audemars Piguet was founded in 1875 in Le Brassus, in the Vallée de Joux, by Jules-Louis Audemars and Edward-Auguste Piguet, and is still owned by the founding families. The house built its reputation on complicated watches and, in 1972, launched the Royal Oak, designed by Gérald Genta: a steel sports watch with an octagonal bezel held by eight visible screws, a "Tapisserie" dial and an integrated bracelet.
The Royal Oak family dominates the range: the classic Royal Oak in steel, gold, titanium and ceramic, the slim "Jumbo" Extra-Thin, openworked and skeleton versions, perpetual calendars and tourbillon chronographs. The larger, sportier Royal Oak Offshore followed in 1993, alongside the Royal Oak Concept and the round Code 11.59 collection introduced in 2019.
