The Patek Philippe World Time (ref. 5110J-001) is a men's dress watch with a 37 mm round case in yellow gold. It has a silver dial under sapphire crystal.
It is powered by a self-winding mechanical movement. Features: 22k gold micro-rotor, guilloché dial, transparent caseback, applied gold indices. Water-resistant to 25 m. The watch is fitted with an alligator leather strap with a folding clasp in 18k yellow gold.

The ultra-thin automatic 240 HU caliber has a 22-carat gold micro-rotor. Its one-button system for quickly changing the time zone was developed and patented by the manufacture in 1999.

Patek Philippe was founded in Geneva in 1839 by Antoine Norbert de Patek and François Czapek; the watchmaker Adrien Philippe joined Patek in 1845, and the firm took its current name in 1851. Still independent and family-owned, the manufacture is known for hand-finished movements and for complications such as perpetual calendars, minute repeaters and astronomical displays.
Key collections include the Calatrava, the classic round dress watch; the Nautilus, the steel sports watch designed by Gérald Genta in 1976; the Aquanaut; and the Grand Complications, which include models such as the Sky Moon Celestial. Ladies' watches, the Golden Ellipse and the Gondolo are also part of the catalogue.
