The Patek Philippe Nautilus Lady 35 mm Steel Grey Opaline Dial Diamond Bezel (ref. 7118/1200A) is a ladies' sports watch with a 35.2 mm octagonal case in stainless steel. The dial is protected by sapphire crystal.
It is powered by the self-winding mechanical calibre 324 S C with a power reserve of 45 hours. Functions: Date. Water-resistant to 60 m. The watch is fitted with a metal bracelet.
This example is brand new, dated 2026, and comes with the original box and papers.
Automatic caliber 324 S QA LU 24H has a 21-carat gold rotor and an annual calendar that automatically accounts for the length of each month, needing manual correction only once a year, at the end of February.

Patek Philippe was founded in Geneva in 1839 by Antoine Norbert de Patek and François Czapek; the watchmaker Adrien Philippe joined Patek in 1845, and the firm took its current name in 1851. Still independent and family-owned, the manufacture is known for hand-finished movements and for complications such as perpetual calendars, minute repeaters and astronomical displays.
Key collections include the Calatrava, the classic round dress watch; the Nautilus, the steel sports watch designed by Gérald Genta in 1976; the Aquanaut; and the Grand Complications, which include models such as the Sky Moon Celestial. Ladies' watches, the Golden Ellipse and the Gondolo are also part of the catalogue.
