The Patek Philippe Nautilus Travel Time Chronograph Rose Gold (ref. 5990/1R-001) is a men's sports watch with a 40.5 mm octagonal case in rose gold. It has a blue dial under sapphire crystal.
It is powered by the self-winding mechanical calibre CH 28‑520 C FUS with a power reserve of 55 hours. Functions: Chronograph, second time zone, date. Water-resistant to 120 m. The watch is fitted with a Nautilus bracelet with a folding clasp in rose gold.
The in-house CH 28-520 C FUS caliber combines a chronograph with vertical clutch and a second time zone mechanism. It has a 21-carat gold rotor and a Gyromax balance with a silicon Spiromax balance spring.

Patek Philippe was founded in Geneva in 1839 by Antoine Norbert de Patek and François Czapek; the watchmaker Adrien Philippe joined Patek in 1845, and the firm took its current name in 1851. Still independent and family-owned, the manufacture is known for hand-finished movements and for complications such as perpetual calendars, minute repeaters and astronomical displays.
