The Patek Philippe Nautilus Platinum Emeralds Black Dial (ref. 5711/113P-001) is a sports watch with a 40 mm octagonal case in platinum. The dial is protected by sapphire crystal.
It is powered by the self-winding mechanical calibre 26-330 S C. Functions: Date. Water-resistant to 120 m. The watch is fitted with a Nautilus bracelet with a folding clasp in platinum.
This example is in mint condition, and comes with the original box and papers.
Automatic caliber 324 S C has a central 21-carat gold rotor and a Gyromax balance. It beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour and bears the Patek Philippe Seal.

Patek Philippe was founded in Geneva in 1839 by Antoine Norbert de Patek and François Czapek; the watchmaker Adrien Philippe joined Patek in 1845, and the firm took its current name in 1851. Still independent and family-owned, the manufacture is known for hand-finished movements and for complications such as perpetual calendars, minute repeaters and astronomical displays.
Key collections include the Calatrava, the classic round dress watch; the Nautilus, the steel sports watch designed by Gérald Genta in 1976; the Aquanaut; and the Grand Complications, which include models such as the Sky Moon Celestial. Ladies' watches, the Golden Ellipse and the Gondolo are also part of the catalogue.
