The Cartier Révélation d'une Panthère Rose Gold and Diamonds (ref. HPI01259) is a ladies' jewellery watch with a 42 mm round case in rose gold. It has a black dial.

It is powered by the hand-wound mechanical calibre 430 MC with a power reserve of up to 42 hours. Features: Diamond bezel, granulation decoration on the dial, diamond-set crown, transparent caseback, gold hands. Water-resistant to 30 m. The watch is fitted with an alligator leather strap with a classic buckle in 18k rose gold.

This example is brand new, and comes with the original box and papers.

Caliber 430 MC is built on the slim Piaget 430P base and is just 2.1 mm thick. This hand-wound movement runs at 21,600 vibrations per hour and is highly reliable.
