The Cartier Panthere de Cartier Medium Custom Diamonds (ref. WSPN0007/ WSPN0015 FIX) is a ladies' jewellery watch with a 27 mm square case in stainless steel. It has a silver dial under sapphire crystal.

It is powered by a quartz movement. Features: Diamond setting, roman numerals, blued steel hands, crown with sapphire cabochon, concealed clasp. Water-resistant to 30 m. The watch is fitted with a Panthère bracelet with a concealed folding clasp in steel.

This example is brand new, dated 2026, and comes with the original box and papers.

This high-precision Cartier quartz caliber was designed specifically for ultra-thin jewellery cases. It offers excellent accuracy and runs continuously with no need for daily winding.

Cartier was founded in Paris in 1847 by Louis-François Cartier and grew into one of the best-known jewellers in the world under his grandsons Louis, Pierre and Jacques.
