The Hublot Spirit Of Big Bang Titanium Ceramic (ref. 642.NM.0170.RX) is a men's watch with a 42 mm barrel case in ceramic and titanium. The dial is protected by sapphire crystal.
It is powered by the self-winding mechanical calibre HUB4700. Functions: Chronograph, date. Water-resistant to 100 m. The watch is fitted with a rubber strap.
Automatic caliber HUB4700 is based on the Zenith El Primero high-frequency chronograph, beating at 36,000 vibrations per hour (5 Hz). Hublot engineers extensively reworked it, adding a skeletonized structure, a silicon escapement and new bridge geometry.

Hublot was founded in 1980 by Carlo Crocco and is based in Nyon, Switzerland. Its first watch paired a gold case with a natural rubber strap, an unusual combination at the time that set the direction for the brand. Since the launch of the Big Bang in 2005, Hublot has built its identity on the “Art of Fusion”: mixing materials such as ceramic, titanium, carbon fibre, sapphire and its own scratch-resistant Magic Gold, alongside the in-house UNICO chronograph movement.
The Big Bang is the core of the range, from classic chronographs to the Sang Bleu models with their geometric, tattoo-inspired design and the football editions. Collectors will also find the King Power, including complicated pieces such as the Foudroyante, the slimmer Classic Fusion and the tonneau-shaped Spirit of Big Bang.
