The Rolex Explorer 36 mm Steel and Yellow Gold (ref. 124273-0001) is a men's sports watch with a 36 mm round case in stainless steel and yellow gold. It has a black dial under sapphire crystal.

It is powered by the self-winding mechanical calibre 3230 with a power reserve of 70 hours. Features: Central seconds, chromalight luminescent coating, screw-down crown, smooth yellow gold bezel. Water-resistant to 100 m. The watch is fitted with an Oyster bracelet with an Oysterlock in steel and yellow gold.

This example is brand new, and comes with the original box and papers.

In-house caliber 3230 has the patented Chronergy escapement in nickel-phosphorus alloy and a blue Parachrom hairspring. It offers greater resistance to shocks and magnetic fields and accuracy of -2/+2 seconds a day.
