The Richard Mille RM016 White Gold Piece Unique (ref. RM016 AJ WG) is a watch with a 49.8 mm rectangular case in white gold. It has a black and skeletonized dial under sapphire crystal.
It is powered by the self-winding mechanical calibre RMAS7 with a power reserve of 55 hours. Functions: Date. Water-resistant to 30 m.
Caliber RMAS7 has a skeletonized baseplate and bridges in grade 5 titanium and a rotor with variable-geometry inertia weights. The design lets the effective winding speed be adapted to the wearer's physical activity.

Richard Mille was founded in 2001 by Richard Mille, with movements developed together with the specialists Audemars Piguet Renaud & Papi, and is based in Les Breuleux in the Swiss Jura. The brand is known for tonneau-shaped cases, skeletonised movements and materials taken from motor racing and aerospace, such as titanium, Carbon TPT and coloured ceramics, aimed at keeping watches light and resistant to shocks.
Each model is identified by an RM number. The RM 67-02 is an extra-flat automatic sports watch made in several athlete editions, including the Sébastien Ogier model, while the RM 030 features a rotor that can be declutched to avoid over-winding. Many references are produced as limited editions, often in partnership with sports figures and racing teams.
