The Richard Mille Extra Flat Rose Gold (ref. RM016) is a men's watch with a 38 mm rectangular case in rose gold. It has a skeletonised dial under sapphire crystal.
It is powered by the self-winding mechanical calibre RM 005-S with a power reserve of up to 55 hours. Functions: Date. Water-resistant to 30 m. The watch is fitted with a rubber strap with a folding clasp in rose gold.
This example is in perfect condition, and comes with the original box.
Caliber RM 005-S has an 18-carat white gold rotor with variable-inertia geometry, which adjusts the winding speed to the wearer's level of activity. The movement makes wide use of titanium plates and bridges with black PVD coating.

Richard Mille was founded in 2001 by Richard Mille, with movements developed together with the specialists Audemars Piguet Renaud & Papi, and is based in Les Breuleux in the Swiss Jura. The brand is known for tonneau-shaped cases, skeletonised movements and materials taken from motor racing and aerospace, such as titanium, Carbon TPT and coloured ceramics, aimed at keeping watches light and resistant to shocks.
Each model is identified by an RM number. The RM 67-02 is an extra-flat automatic sports watch made in several athlete editions, including the Sébastien Ogier model, while the RM 030 features a rotor that can be declutched to avoid over-winding. Many references are produced as limited editions, often in partnership with sports figures and racing teams.
