The Breguet Reine de Naples (ref. 8908BA-52-864D00D) is a ladies' jewellery watch with a 36.5 mm oval case in yellow gold. It has a mother-of-pearl and silver dial under sapphire crystal.
It is powered by the self-winding mechanical calibre 537 DRL1 with a power reserve of 40 hours. Functions: Power reserve indicator, moon phases. Water-resistant to 30 m. The watch is fitted with a leather strap with a folding clasp in yellow gold.
Automatic caliber 537 DRL1 has a lever escapement and a silicon balance spring. The movement is numbered and signed Breguet and has a 40-hour power reserve.

Breguet was founded in Paris in 1775 by Abraham-Louis Breguet, one of the most influential watchmakers in history. He is credited with the tourbillon, patented in 1801, as well as the Breguet overcoil and the self-winding perpétuelle watch. Many of the house's design codes, such as Breguet hands, hand-turned guilloché dials and fluted case bands, go back to his workshop. The manufacture is now in the Vallée de Joux and belongs to the Swatch Group.
