The Breguet Reine De Naples Tourbillon Jour/Nuit White Gold & Diamonds (ref. 8998BB/11/974 D00D) is a jewellery watch with a 32 mm oval case in white gold. It has a blue and silver dial under sapphire crystal.
It is powered by the self-winding mechanical calibre 78CS with a power reserve of 57 hours. Functions: Day/night indicator, tourbillon. Water-resistant to 30 m. The watch is fitted with an alligator leather strap with a folding clasp in white gold.
The in-house Breguet 78CS caliber has automatic winding, a silicon lever escapement and a silicon balance spring. The day/night indicator disc is linked to the gear train and makes one full turn every 24 hours.

Breguet was founded in Paris in 1775 by Abraham-Louis Breguet, one of the most influential watchmakers in history. He is credited with the tourbillon, patented in 1801, as well as the Breguet overcoil and the self-winding perpétuelle watch. Many of the house's design codes, such as Breguet hands, hand-turned guilloché dials and fluted case bands, go back to his workshop. The manufacture is now in the Vallée de Joux and belongs to the Swatch Group.
