The Perrelet Rectangle Royale is a dress watch with a 35 mm rectangular case in stainless steel. It has a blue dial under sapphire crystal.
It is powered by a self-winding mechanical movement. Features: Double rotor, guilloché dial, transparent caseback. Water-resistant to 30 m. The watch is fitted with a leather strap with a folding clasp in steel.

Automatic winding was invented in 1777 by Abraham-Louis Perrelet. In 1995 the brand patented the Double Rotor concept, combining the movement's working rotor with a decorative oscillating weight on the dial.

Perrelet takes its name from Abraham-Louis Perrelet, an 18th-century watchmaker from Le Locle who is credited with one of the first self-winding mechanisms. The modern brand, based in Switzerland, continues this theme with automatic watches in which the movement of the rotor is visible, notably the Double Rotor with a second rotor on the dial and the Turbine with a rotating blade display.
The range includes the Turbine sports models, the classic Rectangle Royale and ladies' watches such as the Diamond Flower, where a rotor in the form of a flower turns on the dial and is set with diamonds.
