The Panerai Luminor Marina (ref. Pam 003 B series) is a dive watch with a 44 mm barrel case in stainless steel. It has a white dial under sapphire crystal.
It is powered by a hand-wound mechanical movement. Features: Small seconds, luminescent markers, crown guard bridge, COSC certificate. Water-resistant to 300 m. The watch is fitted with a leather strap with a classic buckle in steel.
This example is pre-owned and in good condition, and comes with the original papers.
Caliber OP II is based on the reliable hand-wound ETA Unitas 6497-1. It has a balance running at 21,600 vibrations per hour and is COSC-certified as a chronometer.

Panerai was founded in Florence in 1860 by Giovanni Panerai as a watch shop and workshop. In the twentieth century the firm supplied precision instruments and diving watches to the Italian Navy, developing luminous Radium dials and, later, the crown-protecting bridge that defines the Luminor case. The brand has been based in Neuchâtel since its relaunch in the late 1990s.
The two core families are the Luminor, including the Luminor Marina and Luminor 1950 models, and the Radiomir, with its cushion case and wire lugs. The Submersible divers and the Luminor Due complete the range, alongside models with multi-day power reserves such as 3 Days and 8 Days, and earlier special editions such as the Ferrari series.
