The Girard-Perregaux Laureato Steel Green Dial (ref. 81010-11-3153-1CM) is a men's sports watch with a 42 mm octagonal case in stainless steel. The dial is protected by sapphire crystal.
It is powered by the self-winding mechanical calibre GP01800-0008 with a power reserve of 54 hours. Functions: Date. Water-resistant to 100 m. The watch is fitted with an integrated steel bracelet with a folding clasp in steel.
This example is in perfect condition, and comes with the original box and papers.
The in-house GP01800 caliber consists of 191 parts and beats at 28,800 vph. It has a pink gold winding rotor finished with Geneva waves and a 54-hour power reserve.

Girard-Perregaux takes its name from watchmaker Constant Girard and his wife Marie Perregaux, who joined their names in the 1850s in La Chaux-de-Fonds, where the manufacture is still based; its roots go back to 1791 in Geneva. The house is best known for the Tourbillon with Three Gold Bridges, a design patented in the nineteenth century and still produced today.
The Laureato, launched in 1975, is its integrated-bracelet sports watch with an octagonal bezel, offered as time-only, chronograph and skeleton flying tourbillon models. The 1966 collection covers classic round dress watches.
