The Vacheron Constantin Historiques 222 37 mm Yellow Gold (ref. 4200H/222J-B935) is a men's sports watch with a 37 mm barrel case in yellow gold. It has a champagne dial under sapphire crystal.
It is powered by the self-winding mechanical calibre 2455/2 with a power reserve of 40 hours. Functions: Date. Water-resistant to 50 m. The watch is fitted with an integrated 222 bracelet with a folding clasp in 18k yellow gold.
Caliber 2455/2 was developed by Vacheron Constantin for the modern reissue of the 222. The automatic movement has an 18-carat yellow gold rotor engraved with the original 222 logo.

Vacheron Constantin traces its history to 1755, when Jean-Marc Vacheron opened his workshop in Geneva, and it has operated without interruption ever since. The Maltese cross emblem, a long tradition of hand finishing, the Geneva Seal on many of its movements and a strong record in complications define the house, which today belongs to the Richemont group.
The Overseas is its best-known sports line, with an integrated bracelet and quick-change straps, offered as three-hand date models, chronographs, Dual Time and ultra-thin perpetual calendars. Dress watches come under Patrimony and Traditionnelle, while the Historiques and American 1921 revisit designs from the archive.
