The Girard-Perregaux Chronograph 42 mm (ref. 81020-11-631-11A) is a sports watch with a 42 mm octagonal case in stainless steel. It has a black and blue dial under sapphire crystal.
It is powered by the self-winding mechanical calibre GP03300-0141 with a power reserve of 46 hours. Functions: Chronograph, date. Water-resistant to 100 m. The watch is fitted with an integrated steel bracelet with a folding clasp in steel.
This example is brand new, and comes with the original box and papers.
The in-house self-winding GP03300 caliber consists of 419 parts and beats at 28,800 vph. The movement is decorated with Côtes de Genève, circular graining and bevelling.

Girard-Perregaux takes its name from watchmaker Constant Girard and his wife Marie Perregaux, who joined their names in the 1850s in La Chaux-de-Fonds, where the manufacture is still based; its roots go back to 1791 in Geneva. The house is best known for the Tourbillon with Three Gold Bridges, a design patented in the nineteenth century and still produced today.
The Laureato, launched in 1975, is its integrated-bracelet sports watch with an octagonal bezel, offered as time-only, chronograph and skeleton flying tourbillon models. The 1966 collection covers classic round dress watches.
