The F.P. Journe Titanium set with Diamonds Turquoise (ref. Elegante) is a ladies' watch with a 34 mm barrel case in titanium. It has a white dial under sapphire crystal.
It is powered by a quartz movement. Features: Light-sensing dial, motion sensor, diamond-set case, small seconds. Water-resistant to 20 m. The watch is fitted with a rubber strap with a folding clasp in titanium.
This example is brand new, and comes with the original box and papers.
The electromechanical FPJ 1210 caliber took the manufacture eight years to develop. A mechanical motion sensor on the dial puts the watch into energy-saving mode when it is not being worn.

F.P. Journe was founded in Geneva in 1999 by François-Paul Journe, a watchmaker trained in Paris. The brand produces a small number of watches each year with movements in rose gold, and is known for its research into chronometry, including the Tourbillon Souverain with a constant-force remontoire and the Chronomètre à Résonance.
Collections include the Souveraine line (Tourbillon Souverain, Chronomètre Souverain), the Octa models with large date and UTC indications, the Élégante with its electro-mechanical movement and Titalyt cases, and the sporty Linesport, which includes the Chronographe Monopoussoir Rattrapante. Many references are produced in platinum or as limited editions.
