It is powered by the hand-wound mechanical calibre L952.2 with a power reserve of 46 hours. Functions: Perpetual calendar, tourbillon, chronograph. Water-resistant to 30 m. The watch is fitted with a leather strap.

A. Lange & Söhne was founded in 1845 by Ferdinand Adolph Lange in Glashütte, Saxony, which became the centre of German fine watchmaking. After the company was expropriated in 1948, it was re-founded in 1990 by Walter Lange and Günter Blümlein and presented its first new collection in 1994. Its watches are known for German silver three-quarter plates, hand-engraved balance cocks and movements assembled twice.
