The Breitling Chronomat Automatic GMT 40 Middle East Edition 200 pieces (ref. A323982B1B1A1) is a men's sports watch with a 40 mm round case in stainless steel. It has a black dial under sapphire crystal.

It is powered by the self-winding mechanical calibre B01 with a power reserve of up to 70 hours. Functions: Date, second time zone. Water-resistant to 100 m. The watch is fitted with a Rouleaux bracelet with a folding clasp in stainless steel.

This example is brand new, dated 2024, and comes with the original box and papers.

The Breitling 32 movement is based on the ETA 2893-2 architecture with a second time zone module and is COSC-certified. It beats at 28,800 vph and has a 42-hour power reserve.

ABOUT BRAND

Breitling was founded in 1884 by Léon Breitling in Saint-Imier, Switzerland, and later moved to Grenchen. The brand built its reputation on chronographs and instruments for aviation: it played an important part in developing the wrist chronograph with an independent pusher and introduced the Navitimer, with its slide-rule bezel for pilots, in 1952.

Today the main families are the Navitimer, the Chronomat with its rouleaux bracelet, the Superocean divers and the Avenger. The Professional line includes the Endurance Pro and the quartz Aerospace and Exospace B55 models, while the Aviator 8 and Super Chronomat (including the in-house B01 chronograph calibre) complete the range.
