The Chopard Happy Sport Chronograph (ref. 28/3583-5003) is a ladies' jewellery watch with a 39 mm round case in rose gold. It has a mother-of-pearl dial under sapphire crystal.

It is powered by a self-winding mechanical movement. Features: Floating diamonds, diamond-set bezel, mother-of-pearl dial, sapphire-set crown, transparent caseback. Water-resistant to 30 m. The watch is fitted with an alligator leather strap with a classic buckle in rose gold.

This example is pre-owned and in good condition.

A reliable automatic chronograph caliber with a modular architecture beating at 28,800 vph. It has 37 jewels and a power reserve of up to 42 hours.

ABOUT BRAND

Chopard was founded in 1860 by Louis-Ulysse Chopard in Sonvilier, in the Swiss Jura, and has been owned by the Scheufele family since 1963. Now based in Geneva, it makes both jewellery and watches, with its own L.U.C movements produced in Fleurier since the late 1990s. Its best-known invention is Happy Diamonds, in which loose diamonds move freely between two sapphire crystals.

That idea runs through Happy Sport watches and Happy Hearts jewellery. Other lines include the Imperiale, the Alpine Eagle sports watch, the Mille Miglia and Grand Prix de Monaco Historique chronographs linked to motor racing, and L.U.C dress watches.
