The Breitling Premier B01 Chronograph 42 Bentley British Racing Green (ref. AB0118A11L1X1) is a men's dress watch with a 42 mm round case in stainless steel. It has a green dial under sapphire crystal.

It is powered by the self-winding mechanical calibre Breitling 01 (in-house) with a power reserve of 70 hours. Functions: Chronograph, date. Water-resistant to 100 m. The watch is fitted with a calfskin strap with a folding clasp in steel.

This example is brand new, and comes with the original box and papers.

The in-house self-winding Breitling 01 caliber, introduced in 2009, has a column wheel and vertical clutch. It provides a 70-hour power reserve and chronometer accuracy confirmed by COSC certification.

ABOUT BRAND

Breitling was founded in 1884 by Léon Breitling in Saint-Imier, Switzerland, and later moved to Grenchen. The brand built its reputation on chronographs and instruments for aviation: it played an important part in developing the wrist chronograph with an independent pusher and introduced the Navitimer, with its slide-rule bezel for pilots, in 1952.

Today the main families are the Navitimer, the Chronomat with its rouleaux bracelet, the Superocean divers and the Avenger. The Professional line includes the Endurance Pro and the quartz Aerospace and Exospace B55 models, while the Aviator 8 and Super Chronomat (including the in-house B01 chronograph calibre) complete the range.
