The Breitling Aviator 8 B01 Chronograph 43 Curtiss Warhawk (ref. AB01192A1L1X2) is a men's pilot's watch with a 43 mm round case in stainless steel. It has a green dial under sapphire crystal.
It is powered by the self-winding mechanical calibre 01 in-house movement with a power reserve of up to 70 hours. Functions: Chronograph, date. Water-resistant to 100 m. The watch is fitted with a Military textile strap with a classic buckle in steel.
The in-house Breitling 01 caliber was developed in 2009. The movement has a column wheel and vertical clutch and a 70-hour power reserve.

Breitling was founded in 1884 by Léon Breitling in Saint-Imier, Switzerland, and later moved to Grenchen. The brand built its reputation on chronographs and instruments for aviation: it played an important part in developing the wrist chronograph with an independent pusher and introduced the Navitimer, with its slide-rule bezel for pilots, in 1952.
Today the main families are the Navitimer, the Chronomat with its rouleaux bracelet, the Superocean divers and the Avenger. The Professional line includes the Endurance Pro and the quartz Aerospace and Exospace B55 models, while the Aviator 8 and Super Chronomat (including the in-house B01 chronograph calibre) complete the range.
