The Rolex Explorer Oyster Perpetual 36 mm (ref. m124270-0001) is a sports watch with a 36 mm round case in stainless steel.
It is powered by the self-winding mechanical calibre 3230 with a power reserve of 70 hours. Water-resistant to 100 m.
This example is brand new, dated 2021, and comes with the original box and papers.
Rolex calibre 3230 is a self-winding movement with a Chronergy escapement and blue Parachrom hairspring, certified as a Superlative Chronometer. It has a power reserve of 70 hours.

Rolex was founded in London in 1905 by Hans Wilsdorf and Alfred Davis, registered the Rolex name in 1908 and moved to Geneva after the First World War.
