Emerald is a Harry Winston watch collection named after the emerald cut, the favourite cut of the jewellery house's founder, Harry Winston. Hence the shape of the case: an octagon with straight sides and cut corners, like an emerald-cut stone.
Within the Emerald collection it is easiest to choose by metal and dial. The models include ladies' watches in 18-carat white or rose gold; Emerald is also made in yellow gold. The bezel is set with round brilliant-cut diamonds, and the dial is mother-of-pearl, white or orange. In some versions the hour markers are set with rubies; in others an emerald-cut diamond or the brand logo sits at 12 o'clock. The crystal is sapphire.
Reference, calibre, case size and water resistance vary from model to model.
